Academic and professional support are required for nurses to successfully complete their degrees. Professional collaboration increases this support. Interprofessional collaboration is essential in nursing because it allows nurses to interact socially and professionally while working in groups (Moss et al., 2016). It promotes the exchange of information and resources. Networking broadens one’s sphere of influence.
